Your email list, working every month.

I build your email system once, then run it every month with AI doing the heavy lifting and a human marketer doing the thinking, so your list hears from you consistently and buys, books, or registers while you do your actual job.

Done-for-you email marketing by Ash Chisholm, for businesses and organizations with a list worth mailing.

Start the conversation

Five client spots total across all plans. When they are full, they are full.

The problem

Most small lists go quiet for months, then get one desperate sales blast that trains people to ignore it.

No welcome

There is no welcome sequence catching new subscribers at the moment they are most interested in you.

No nurture

There are no nurture emails warming people up between launches, events, or offers, so every send starts from cold.

No consistency

There is no consistent newsletter keeping your business top of mind, so your list forgets you exist between blasts.

The system below fixes all three, once, and then keeps them running.

Phase 1: The Engine Build

One project, fourteen days. Your email system, built properly from the ground up.

  • List and platform audit Platform check, list hygiene, dead-address cleanup, and tag and segment setup.
  • Welcome sequence Five emails that introduce your business, tell its story, and make the first offer.
  • Nurture sequence Four emails that answer the questions customers always ask and handle the top objections before a sales conversation ever starts.
  • Template system A reusable newsletter template in your brand, so every campaign after the build takes hours, not days.
  • Lead capture check Signup forms and lead magnet delivery tested end to end, so new subscribers actually land inside the sequences.

$997 one time

Founding offer: the first three clients get the build for $497, with a three-month retainer minimum and a testimonial at day 60. After the founding three, the build is $997 with no exceptions.

Phase 2: Monthly plans

Pick one level. Change later. Every plan runs on the system built in Phase 1.

Spark

$500/month

  • Two campaigns per month, newsletter or promotional, scheduled and sent
  • Monthly list hygiene, with one existing automation maintained
  • Plain-language monthly report: sent, opened, clicked, sold where trackable

How the work actually runs

These rules are part of the offer, stated up front, so you always know exactly what working together looks like.

  1. One monthly input form. You submit offers, news, and raw notes once a month through a single form or one voice memo. No input by the deadline means that month’s campaigns use evergreen material from your sequences.
  2. AI drafts, Ash edits. Every email is AI-drafted from your own material and past emails, then edited by Ash into your voice. This is stated plainly: AI-assisted, human-directed.
  3. Async only. All communication runs through email or one shared thread. No standing weekly calls at any level. Full Engine’s quarterly session is the only scheduled call.
  4. Two business day turnaround. Campaign drafts come back within two business days, with one revision round included per campaign. Extra revision rounds are billed at $75 each, stated in advance.
  5. You own your platform and your list. You pay for your own email platform, whether that is MailerLite, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, or what you already use, and you own your list and account outright. Nothing is held hostage.

Who this is for

A good fit

  • Businesses and organizations with an email list of roughly 500 or more people, or an event that collects registrations every season
  • Tournaments and recurring events
  • Local service businesses
  • Product and e-commerce brands
  • Coaches and consultants
  • Nonprofits
  • Wedding and event professionals
  • Owners who know email makes money but never get around to sending it, or who send randomly with no system behind it

Not a fit

  • Brand-new businesses with no list and no offer yet
  • Anyone who wants daily emails
  • Anyone who needs paid advertising management. Paid ads are not a service offered here
  • Anyone looking for social media management. It is not part of this offer
  • Anyone who needs same-day turnarounds or standing calls outside the quarterly session

Who is running your email

Sade Sends is run by Ash Chisholm, a marketer with ten-plus years in the field.

  • Email Automation Lead (contract) for the Maryland Invitational Tournament since September 2025: newsletter automation, copywriting, and strategy for a recurring event with a real registration list.
  • Ten-plus years in marketing roles, including UnitedHealth Group, InMotion Hosting, and AdEdge.
  • She practices what she sells: Ash runs her own list and newsletter for Amethyst Moon Temple, twice weekly, in a voice her audience recognizes.

Terms, in brief

  • Retainers are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
  • Three-month minimum to start, then month to month.
  • One pause month per year is allowed, and your slot is held during the pause.
  • Either side can end the agreement with 30 days written notice after the minimum term.
  • No revenue guarantees are made or implied. The promise is a working system, consistent sending, and clear reporting.

Ready when you are

Sade Sends works by email only. No forms, no phone tag, no pressure calls.
